After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email.

We have a good relationship with Australia Post as they offer the most comprehensive shipping over the whole of regional Australia at a reasonable price. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and we will ensure your order is really well packed - we up-cycle packaging to be as eco friendly as possible and use Australia Post satchels and boxes. We offer in-store pickup or local delivery (suburbs of Newcastle and North Lake Macquarie) for $15.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES

All orders will be dispatched via Australia Post within 2-5 business days after purchase.

If you select "Express Post" your order will be dispatched in 1-2 days. Please note with Covid19 delays, Australia Post is struggling to delivery on time. 

Your order will likely arrive within 3-5 business days* once dispatched (5-6 business days for WA).

An email with your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order has been dispatched.

All orders include tracking.
Customers will be notified of any dispatch delays.

Creative Village Newcastle is an Australian store based in Newcastle, NSW.

Choose the Shipping “Pick Up - Click and Collect” if you are planning on collecting your order from the shop.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES?

We are a collective of Hunter based Artists and Makers, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase, so please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange on giftwares or magazines.
We will be super careful packing your purchases and will aim to reuse bubble wrap and use up-cycled and recycled fabric and shredded paper as packaging and carbon neutral mailer bags. 
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
