Miriam - Whimsy Mimsy
Miriam is the maker behind Whimsy Mimsy, creating colourful handmade polymer clay earrings and accessories in Shortland, NSW.
Her work is playful, unique and full of personality, with each piece designed and made in small batches from high-quality polymer clay. Because every design is cut from handmade clay slabs, no two pieces are exactly the same, making each accessory feel special and one of a kind.
Miriam uses a mix of standard, unique and custom-made cutters, including cutters created by a local 3D print studio in Newcastle. Her earrings are finished with hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel fittings, secured carefully and coated with UV resin for extra strength and durability.
Alongside her handmade accessories, Miriam also hosts creative workshops, sharing the fun of polymer clay making with others.
