SUZE FREEMAN IS A DESIGNER WHO HAS EMBRACED HER LOVE OF PRINT TO CREATE THE WHERE THINGS HAPPEN LETTERPRESS PRINT AND DESIGN STUDIO.
After studying Design at the University of Newcastle Suze built on her career gaining 20 years experience specialising in design for the advertising industry in Sydney and London.
Since having a family and moving back to Newcastle, the desire to build a business doing something she loves became very important – which is how Where Things Happen started.
The studio has three presses each of which has been saved from the scrapheap or resurrected from obscurity. They have their own individual abilities and temperaments and are used to print bespoke wedding stationery, business cards, invitations, coasters and book covers.
Suze loves collaborating with other creatives, calligraphers and historians who have a passion for making things happen.
